We Need to Talk About How Much John Kasich Rambles

Gov. John Kasich (R-OH) went on The View and seemed to have a screw loose. He was asked a simple question about his thoughts on the president, but rambled about everything under the sun. He talked about Martin Luther King, Jr. and civil rights, the crisis in Syria, John McCain, Munich, illegal immigration, and the United Airlines controversy. Is he okay?
