“Open your hearts and open your minds to the words of Prof. Derrick Bell.” Those are the words of Barack Obama in reference to the controversial racialist Derrick Bell. Prof. Charles Ogletree, Barack Obama’s mentor said “We hid this throughout the 2008 campaign.” As more is uncovered about Prof. Derrick Bell and his radical views, it will become clear why Prof. Ogletree wanted this video hidden.
Of course, when Time-Warner-HBO-CNN is able to construct the Wright-Free Zone, and tacitly claim that Obama didn’t know who Saul Alinsky was, as Bill “Sarah Palin is a c***t” implied recently, and the L.A. Times keeps the Obama-Rashid Khalidi tape under lock and key to this day, that wasn’t too hard to accomplish:
And a CNN reporter even had the chutzpah to write nearly a month after the election, “The Americans who are comparing him to those remarkable predecessors are putting a lot of faith in a man they barely know.” Who’s fault is that, champ?

Because his thesis is utterly untestable, one quickly reaches a dead end after either accepting or rejecting his assertion that white Americans would cheerfully sell all blacks to the aliens. Hope is what he promised. Hate is what he’s delivering.”
Update: Who is Charles Ogletree? Googling his name quickly sends one down the rabbit hole. In 2009, New Zealand journalist Trevor Loudon claimed that during the early 1970s, Ogletree edited his university’s Black Panthers newspaper. Last August, when Obama attended a cocktail party at Ogletree’s house on Martha’s Vineyard, Pat Dollard wrote that Ogletree “is also the lawyer of Henry Louis Gates, the racist Harvard professor who’s racism caused the beer summit. Ogletree’s daughter Rashida was recently hired into Holder’s Justice Department as a lawyer. Ogletree is still a militant leftist and is still called on by the Obamas for advice.”
Related: “I reject this idea that we should just shrug our shoulders and buy the PBS/Buzzfeed line that there’s nothing new here. Stop it! This is news! They didn’t want to talk about it then and they don’t want to talk about it now.” Michelle Malkin punches back twice as hard, as Mr. Obama would say, against Juan Williams. “This is all about Alinskyite control of who tells the story. Interesting addition to Obama’s past, but as it stands now, not something that’s likely to make the swing voters perk up their ears, because to most of them Bell’s a non-entity and Obama’s introduction as a result comes across as relatively benign (i.e. — if you have to explain the background for more than 10 seconds, as was the case on “Hannity” tonight, you’re not going to get the moderates to pay attention).
However, with the O’Keefe videos and the Anthony Weiner kerfuffle, one of the things Breitbart became expert in was in using the left’s own ‘sucker punch’ tactics against them, in initially releasing a more bland, and therefore seemingly more refutable video/image and then coming back with more damning evidence once the left has committed itself to claiming there’s no scandal. Hopefully, that’s the case here, and there are other clips of Obama more forcefully showing his support for Bell.
And speaking of media, notice it’s JOHN ROBERTS, FOX NEWS’ NEW HIRE declaring “A Reverend Wright Free Zone” for his dear friend, Senator Obama.

Otherwise, Obama might as well be Don Kirshner introducing some singer-songwriter on the Friday night Rock Concert. It identifies Obama’s radicalism only after you explain who Derrick Bell is. The swing voters aren’t going to sit around for a lecture on Derrick Bell, which is why I’m hoping Big Government is still holding back more video that more directly has Obama speaking to his far left beliefs.

Let’s face it. Your audience consists of people who saw the movie “The Help ” in droves. The narrative that whites were and still can be horrible and ugly racists is a given. The audience picks up the message that Obama was fighting for Blacks and the horrible treatment they received from white America. He turns out to be the good guy.

The first time I saw Ogletree was as the moderator of one episode of the PBS educational series, “Ethics in America II”. Unlike most of the other moderators, he said very little and spent a lot of time with his hands folded (like the prayer position) pressed to his lips. A disappointing performance.

Conditioning is a process, and if you don’t initiate the process and apply it relentlessly, it will have marginal effect. Michelle is correct. It’s all about “the narrative,” parts of which originated with Marx and the Soviets and have been in the Left’s permananent playbook since FDR. The LSM and Hollywood are just willing application tools, “useful idiots” of the modern era.
The Right needs its own unbending narrative and must never stop broadcasting it, and we are deeply dependent upon the Internet for a means to do so. The Left is well aware of this and will continue attempts to limit and control this medium also. “Free speech” only appears in the Lefty playbook as a threat.
Seems to me the Alinsky model of “controlling the narrative” lacked any sense or foresight of an internet or any kind of more open space exchange of information. It was thunk up when media outlets could be controlled. That’s part of why attempts now to extrude news through narrow checkpoints seem so ham-handed and clumsy…it’s an outdated model. So who are the true progressives now? Doesn’t seem to be the Obamabots still stuck with last year’s model.

Even if more videos came out showing Obama sleeping with a horse, beating his wife, or dumping bags of puppies and kittens in the river, he would still have the support of 50% of the American sheeple, and 100% support of the media and Hollywood. The best weapon we have is spreading the word that this man is nothing better than a petty Marxist from Chicago. The best way to get rid of him is by voting him and his minions out of office in November. There is a lot, and I mean A LOT, hanging in the balance for this country this year. Context is the problem. The vast, vast majority of Americans do not have a framework to put this piece of information into. If you grew up in New York, Chicago or San Francisco you may have an understanding of all of this in context but if you didn’t then you don’t.
Because of the media’s decades long aversion to telling the American people things, things perhaps that would scandalize them, worry them or simply be beyond their grasp (in someones opinion),the American people are dangerously behind in the context of people that are now overwhelming them with this administration. This began before cable or Internet.
The only person I have seen that has truly tried to help the people catch up to the full picture of what has gone on and how it relates to the here and now is Glenn Beck with his silly chalk boards and magnetic pictures. Although I don’t agree with Mr. Beck on several issues, I do appreciate his effort.
Unfortunately, until there are 10 people trying to give context to these film clips, the clips will lose their impact and fall to nothing. The narrative on the other side is too long-standing and overwhelming to fight with BBs. It must be fought with a flood of information from multiple sources and medium.

The problem with that should be obvious. If you put up posters of Obama, a lot of people will misread it to see it as someone advocating that people should hate Obama (as opposed to his policies). The released video does not show much. But the CCN debate with Breitbart’s successor is quite revealing. If personalities are removed from a rational debate, two hard facts. leads, need to be pursued.
One in the racist views, or not, of Harvard Professor Derrick Bell’s, Critical Race Theory (CRT). He claims, “…white Americans would cheerfully sell all blacks to the aliens”, and is accused of being “…. anti-Semitic, anti-Asian, (and) has worked to undermine notions of democratic community.” To the degree that Obama was/is aligned with this theory, the MSM is woefully corrupt in not publishing this known information in the last election cycle. Their claim that it was too trivial to report should be restudied. I never heard of any discussion of Critical Race Theory by McCain, Palin, or Biden. But there is some linkage between Obama and Professor Bell, proven by the warm embrace, which must be developed by the press.
Obama’s stated goal of healing our racial wounds is challenged. Is he a racist? The challenge at the DoJ’s Civil Rights division that they never prosecute if the victim is white has been made by their former boss, who was sacked.
This is infinitely more important that Santorum’s personal views on contraception. It directly bears on the fair execution of justice.

So, if as many have proven, and Mr. Obama has stated in his autobiography, he’s a colonialist’s anti-colonialist (paraphrasing). Those flocking to his defense, share Obama’s basic tenets and philosophies…ergo, are Saul Alinskyites, too.
This is special, very special. Explains all fellow travelers occupying key cabinet posts, appointments and judgeships across America. This is by design, not happenstance (as those in MSM and We The Elite People in culture of corruption in Washington DC would try and have americans believe).
Another corrollary to this “grand design” is a rising dependent class in america. Some 47 million strong and growing by 10,000/month. Added to this are those “underclass” americans already on government subsistance of one kind or another. And just below this class of americans are the ruly “down-and-outer’s.”
Those homeless and the like are estimated to be in the millions…though unsure at best (save for when they appear in Emergency Rooms).
Bottom line is, a huge growing class of dependent americans can now claim to be Obama’s voters and supporters…yep! Hope and Change. American Excellence is now America’s Greatness (dependent americans…Obama’s electorate) God Bless America. Amen.
The Obamas’ Race Fixation
The release–after a quarter century–of Andrew Breitbart’s video of Barack Hussein Obama during his Harvard Law School years may or may not have been a blockbuster but it does reveal the future president’s fixation on race. Likewise, another video seems to confirm that the future FLOTUS, Michelle Robinson LaVaughn Obama, was also a racial agitator at Harvard Law.
It’s understandable that one of Obama’s closest mentors in the last campaign only now has admitted “We hid this [tape] throughout the 2008 campaign. I don’t care if they find it now.”
Four years later, Harvard Law professor Charles Ogletree is confident enough that the first (semi-) African-American has sufficiently bamboozled the American people into thinking he is a president of all the people and wants a color-blind society rather than a racially-divided country.
With the black vote, the mainstream media, the 20% of liberals in America, and Hollywood in Obama’s pocket, Prof. Ogletree believes the 2012 election is a shoo-in for the president and he doesn’t give a damn anymore who knows Barack was a racial agitator at Harvard.
With MSM complicity, Obama has successfully managed to fend off the truth concerning the extent of his relationships with the radical Rev. Jeremiah Wright, the revolutionists Bill Ayers and Bernardine Dohrn, his friendship with black Muslim racist Louis Farrakhan and other unseemly buddies so why fret over his demonstrations in favor of race-based hiring at Harvard?
Why get all exercised over a video depicting Obama embracing one of his role models, Prof. Derrick Bell, who notably said, “I live to harrass white people,” endorsed a controversial magazine whose official motto is “treason to whiteness is loyalty to humanity,” and who preached divisive, black racist theories of endemic oppression by whites.
As student Obama said at the time, we should “open up our hearts and minds to the words of Professor Derrick Bell.”
We might just as well close up our hearts and minds to President Obama’s comparable preachings of racial harmony cloaked in conciliatory words and concealing his decades-old antipathy for white people to which he confessed in Dreams of My Father: “I ceased to advertise my mother’s [white] race when I began to suspect I was ingratiating myself to whites.”
And he couldn’t allow that!
Nor could he tolerate or trust white people or, as he wrote in Dreams of a fellow Chicago community organizer: “There was something about him that made me wary, a little too sure of himself, maybe. And he was white.”
