Joe Hicks fails to understand that originally Barack Obama’s people wanted the school children to declare what they planned on doing on behalf of the president’s policies! They were later supposed to report back with their results. Obama is now behaving like the reincarnation of Ronald Reagan only because of the push back of the parents.
