As if American motorists weren’t facing enough gloom already,  “This week the Virginia DMV announced that it’s going to outlaw smiling in driver’s license photos. Thought life at the DMV couldn’t get any worse? Wrong again, America:”

    You know, when I went into the Virginia DMV to get my driver’s license, the Larouchebags had set up a table right in front of it and were pestering people with their hateful dimwit cro-magnon conspiracy theory propaganda–as near as I could tell, right there on public land. So I had no desire to smile when I got my license.
