In 2004 I was living in Ohio. In late July while standing in line at a fast food restaurant someone came up to me and said in an obvious Texas accent, “That’s some president we have, isn’t he?” I gave a noncommittal answer to this strange introduction and moved along. By October I was saying that if I had known what was coming I would have slugged him right there, and no one would have voted to convict me.
I bet her parents are yelling at the radio and have traumatized her.
