Over vacation I finally made the time to read Bill Quick’s latest, Lightning Fall: A Novel of Disaster. It’s easily the best American Apocalypse novel since John Ringo’s The Last Centurion. It’s a densely and intelligently plotted, character-driven thriller.
Highly recommended.
