And from UC-Boulder, no less:
According to their updated analysis, Romney is projected to receive 330 of the total 538 Electoral College votes. President Barack Obama is expected to receive 208 votes — down five votes from their initial prediction — and short of the 270 needed to win.
I spent some time this weekend working on my maps following Romney’s post-debate boost, and so far it looks like 2004 redux. But let’s reiterate “so far.” There are still a shocking number of states where Empty Chair can’t clinch 50%, meaning each and every one of those still could break for Romney. That’s how “Kenneth Bickers of CU-Boulder and Michael Berry of CU Denver” get Romney up to 330 in the EC, I imagine.
Anyway, I’ll play with their numbers after taping some PJTV stuff this morning, and then get back to you with a fresh Wargaming entry.
