Apple iPhone 5 Event Liveblog

No, not from me, silly — I’m not flying out to the Bay Area at my own expense to cover the announcement of a product I’m not going to buy. But right now, The Verge seems to have the best liveblog going. That honor usually goes to the otherwise-useless Engadget, but they either haven’t posted anything yet, or their servers are jammed.

UPDATE: Engadget is up and running now, but I still haven’t grown to love their “Cover Flow” style of putting up pictures.

UPDATE: Phil Schiller says, “So now we have Thunderbolt and Lightning.”

UPDATE: The entire iPhone range, from the 64GB iPhone 5 at $399 to the old iPhone 4 for free with contract, now has a Retina display.
