He seems to be under the impression that there’s a “liberty clause” in the Fourteenth Amendment (he has talked about it in Supreme Court confirmation hearings too). He misdescribes what Roe held. He seems to believe that Roe has been good for social peace and that this alleged fact justifies it as constitutional law.

I guess the problem here is that the MSM seems to be applying a double (and tougher) standard to Sarah Palin than to Biden. Nothing could be further from the truth!

When Democrats find things in the Constitution which aren’t actually there, they find things like candy. And rainbows. Republicans find things like the right to stomp on kittens. Oh, and “social peace” means “our people are happy.” So there.
