Coming Soon -- Or Not!

Iran on the possibility of an Israeli airstrike:

“Our armed forces are at the height of their readiness and if anyone should want to undertake such a foolish job the response would be very painful,” the state Iran daily quoted Iranian Defence Minister Mostafa Mohammad Najjar as saying.

Iran’s military doesn’t enjoy a whole lot of “reach.” They can smuggle people and equipment into neighboring Iraq, and cash and some arms into Palestine and Syria — and that’s about as far as they can go.

So other than maybe — maybe — getting their Palestinian friends to jack up the terror pressure, what can Iran really do to Israel? Because if there was more they could do, you could bet they’d be doing it already.
