In 1992, Bill Clinton said we were in the middle of “the worst economic performance since the Great Depression.” In fact, the economy grew 3.3% that year.
This year, the economy is expected to be a bit more anemic, and grow only 1.7-2.5%. I can only wonder what the Clintons will make of that. Armageddon?
