We talked on Tuesday about Michael Moore and Pete Townshend. Well, here’s some more:
Pete Townshend of the legendary rock group The Who has taken the defensive against accusations by Michael Moore that he refused to allow the use of the group’s classic tune ‘Won’t Get Fooled Again’ in the film Fahrenheit 9/11. In an entry in his online diary, Townshend defends his stance claiming that, not only did he not have an opportunity to view the film before agreeing to allow Moore the use of the song, but also that Moore’s people offered him a sum that was substantially less than what is normally paid for rights to use his material.
Mikey, you cheap bastard.
