I haven’t weighed in on the gay Episcopalian Bishop story because I’ve been on a break and as someone who’s openly areligious, it really isn’t my business — even if I am strongly in favor of gay rights. (Not to be confused with “special rights” and all that nonsense. Simple equality is all.)

Anyway.

Arthur Silber does have something to say — and the news isn’t all good for the Episcopalian Church, even though they did the right thing.
