Out of Touch?

From the AP:

Intelligence reports indicated Iraq (news – web sites)’s forces were in disarray following a strike aimed at killing President Saddam Hussein (news – web sites), U.S. officials said Thursday. There was no evidence that Saddam, or anyone else, was in overall command of Iraq’s security or military operations, they said.

If correct, the report lends at least some credence to my speculation that “shock and awe” might be clever disinformation.
