Internal Memo: Bush Wins Because Voters Have 'Attention-Deficit Disorder'

A leaked internal Jeb Bush campaign memo says Republican voters suffer from attention-deficit disorder.  It offers 112 pages of reasons that Jeb Bush will survive recent problems and was aimed at wobbly supporters.
