Manchin: Obama has 'failed to lead' on budget

The Tatler disagrees. You can’t fail if you don’t try, and it’s clear that Obama hasn’t bothered to try to lead the country back to solvency. He seems to want over-the-top federal deficits as much as he wants skyrocketing energy prices.
