Coming Supreme Court showdown with the Holder DOJ

Section 5 of the 1965 Voting Rights Act will soon be before the United States Supreme Court.  The law requires every single change to elections in nine states and parts of seven others to be approved in Washington, either by Eric Holder or the federal court.  As PJM has reported extensively, the Holder-run Department of Justice has adopted racialist law enforcement policies.  Today I detail how these policies also extend to administration of Section 5 of the Voting Rights Act inside DOJ, and how the unconstitutional racialist application of Section 5 makes it more likely the Supreme Court will scrap this “emergency” legislation adopted when “Help Me Rhonda” topped the charts and the Cincinnati Royals played in the NBA.
