Once again, I am examining the differences between the online world and the real world. Although the online world exists in the real world, they bear almost no resemblance to each other.
For example, I live in a very blue neighborhood in a very blue city. If you only know me from my writing, you might think that means I'm in constant danger of being arrested for various personality-induced altercations. The reality is that I like to hit up every prog I meet around here with a charm offensive that he or she can't resist.
Seriously, when I flip the switch, I'm a force of nature.
This video is all about not being political and/or angry all of the time. I highly recommend it, especially if you can work some beer into the mix. Mmmm… beer.
I won't be flipping Tucson red anytime soon, but I am quite adept at getting people to look at things a little differently. As my avowedly progressive neighbor said to me just this (Thursday) afternoon, "I like talking to you. You're interesting."
Yes, yes I am.
Enjoy!
