'The Onion' Mocks Verrit, the Site for Still Grieving Hillary Supporters

Now that Hillary Clinton has officially kicked off her pathetic excuse tour, maybe her weeping fans can get some of the closure they so obviously and desperately need. That’s unlikely to be the case for her 2008 campaign flack Peter Daou, however, as he seems to have taken Granny Maojacket’s loss harder than she did. Daou’s Twitter feed is an earnest exercise in convincing everyone that Hillary Clinton is really relevant and cool. Recently, Daou launched a fact-checking site for Hillary voters that he is calling “Verrit,” most likely because “Confirmation Bias” really doesn’t roll off the tongue.
