Kaine Calls Sanctuary Cities 'Phantom' on CNN

This man could be one very shaky heartbeat away from the presidency next year. His statement is so egregiously awful that CNN (the ultra Clinton-friendly network) hack Chris Cuomo had to call him out on it.
