Guam's Homeland Security Chief Says North Korea's Threats Are 'Not Credible'

Guam’s homeland security adviser is saying that the threats North Korea made against their island are “not credible.” And he said, “Just because you’re threatening me or the island doesn’t mean we need to raise the panic button.” But, would you feel the same way if you lived in Guam? Would you believe the homeland security director? The Kim Jong-un regime has made it clear that they’re itching to attack the United States and that the easiest target would be Guam. And they clearly have the capabilities to make good on such threats, so in what way are they “not credible”?
