For those of you who have the CNN smartphone app, you know that they have been promoting this video. Like, a lot. They are very excited to have found some video proving that there’s a connection between President Trump and the family that emailed Donald Trump Jr. about possibly having incriminating information on Hillary Clinton. In 2013, before Trump was even a candidate for the presidency, he met with the Russian pop star and his family, as well as a publicist, to arrange for the Miss Universe pageant to be held in Russia. There isn’t one revelation in this video that we didn’t already know — Trump has stated that the only major business dealing he’s had with Russia was putting the Miss Universe pageant there, and Don Jr. said that this was where he knew this family from. Yet CNN is this excited.
