Why Is Trump Responsible for White Supremacist Attacks and AOC Not to Blame for Attacks on ICE?

The Immigration and Customs Enforcement agency is under violent assault and no one seems to care. There have been four acts of violence directed at ICE offices in the last four weeks — the latest targeting the San Antonio office.

An unknown number of attackers shot up the ICE offices, specifically targeting the floors where ICE is located. The FBI is investigating, but ICE issued a statement placing the blame squarely on “political rhetoric and misinformation.”

Are you listening, AOC?

USA Today:

According to the Express-News, FBI officials said they were investigating a series of attacks against ICE facilities around the country.

ICE issued a statement later Tuesday on the shooting, reported KENS 5. Daniel Bible, the San Antonio ERO field office director, said that “political rhetoric and misinformation that various politicians, media outlets, and activist groups recklessly disseminate to the American people regarding the ICE mission only serve to further encourage these violent acts.”

Do you think tweets like this might have something to do with the outbreak of violent attacks on ICE?

But the attacks have received little notice in the national media. I guess it doesn’t rate coverage if no one dies.

But that’s not the point. Democrats have been all but accusing Donald Trump of murder for inciting the violence in El Paso. Why not make the same accusations against Rep. Alexandria Ocasio-Cortez, whose wild, out-of-control rhetoric against immigration enforcement agents and the agency they work for are being assaulted?

Issues and Insights:

Now, we are on record as stating that violent attacks are the responsibility only of those who carry them out.

But Democrats and their handmaidens in the press have been repeating ad nauseam how President Donald Trump was responsible for the El Paso, Texas, shooting because of his immigration rhetoric.

As we noted, the connection to Trump was frivolous. The alleged shooter himself said Trump had nothing to do with his attack, and much of his political views were positively leftist.

In the case of the ICE incidents, however, there’s a much more direct connection between the incendiary rhetoric coming from Democrats and the attacks on these facilities.

After all, if these ICE facilities are indeed concentration camps, then any attempt to stop such atrocities would be noble.

To pick up a gun and shoot as many innocent people as possible is the act of a mentally disturbed person. And mentally disturbed people do not employ reason and logic as the rest of us do. There is no connecting the dots from Trump to violent, sick people acting out a fantasy, or listening to voices in their heads. For Trump to “inspire” or “incite” the violence, you would have to believe that the individuals responsible have normal thought processes. There is no scientific study or professional observations that would confirm that idiotic liberal nonsense.

AOC’s unhinged, hysterical rhetoric and her gross exaggerations about ICE are not the result of passion. They are the coldly calculated actions of a dangerously ambitious politician. But she’s no more responsible for yahoos shooting up ICE offices than Trump is responsible for the deaths in El Paso.
