Suspect in Stolen Police Gun Murder Is an Illegal Immigrant Who Was Tracked by ICE

The normally extremely politically correct NBC Bay Area reports that one of the three men charged with carrying out a murder with a stolen off-duty cop’s revolver was wearing an electronic monitor issued by ICE. Data from the monitor proves that the suspect was at the scene of the murder at the moment the victim, 23-year-old Abel Ezquivel, was slaughtered.

Erick Garcia-Pineda and the other two defendants deny the allegations, but the prosecutor has no doubt: Garcia-Pineda is guilty.

The reason Garcia-Pineda was wearing the electronic bracelet? He was an illegal immigrant. Or, as NBC prefers to call it, “an undocumented immigrant.”

NBC Bay Area’s Investigative Unit has learned that Garcia-Pineda is an undocumented immigrant and was wearing an ICE-issued electronic monitoring bracelet at the time of the slaying. Immigration officials did not immediately respond to NBC Bay Area’s requests for comment.

Shockingly, Garcia-Pineda was also arrested for battery charges in another attack he is alleged to have carried out. Because of that attack, San Francisco sheriff’s deputies removed the electronic bracelet and looked at the data. This Dreamer-extraordinaire is now being charged not just with murder, but also with charges linked to five robberies… and to two other shootings.

Although the police haven’t filed charges yet for the alleged battery, they did seize a gun. This gun was registered to a San Fransisco Police Department officer and had been stolen. The murder of Ezquivel happened four days after the officer’s gun — together with his holster, clothing, and other valuables — was stolen.

Meanwhile, President Trump took to Twitter to explain to Americans that young “undocumented immigrants” are a tremendous blessing to them:

Yeah.
