The Washington Nationals World Series champion baseball team visited the president at the White House on Monday and madness ensued when catcher Kurt Suzuki came to the microphone and whipped out a MAGA hat, earning him an impromptu hug from the president that sparked outrage by the blue check marks on Twitter. Hold onto your hats, Suzuki is canceled by all virtuous people. Right on cue, Bill Palmer spewed something, something, racist.
Does Palmer know Suzuki isn’t white? Then we have the people making gross jokes about the hug the president bestowed on Suzuki.
Hey, Kurt Suzuki, you just won the World Series. Now what are you going to do?
I’m going to make a gesture that’ll guarantee that 63 percent of the country loathes me even before they know who the hell I am.

I guess it was too much to hope Twitter would be nice. But if it can’t be positive, at least it can make us laugh.

That didn’t take long.

Suzuki looks like he had the time of his life at the White House. Let’s hope he can keep that joy after Twitter gets done dragging him for liking the president. When is this idiocy going to end? Get on Twitter and send Suzuki some nice comments. He’s going to need it.
