“This should be something that concerns every American,” said RNC Chair Ronna McDaniel to Neil Cavuto Saturday. “That every vote is counted legally and that the process is transparent and fair.”

In Florida’s Broward County, which is now going to do a recount in four races, the process has been a fiasco, with chaos inside the board of elections office matched by the angry protests outside.

Speaking with Fox News Channel’s Neil Cavuto Saturday, Chairwoman McDaniel suggested, as others in the party including Sen. Marco Rubio have, that this reeks of more than incompetence.

“You just saw her say she mixed 20 invalid votes with 205, and she doesn’t know where they are,” said McDaniel, referring to Broward County Supervisor of Elections Brenda Snipes having mixed illegal votes with legal votes to be counted. “I mean, they have been so incompetent throughout this process. But I don’t know if it’s incompetence or intent.”

“What is going on in Florida?” she asked.
