James Comey: 'There Is No Such Thing as Absolute Privacy in America'

FBI Director James Comey made the case for our lack of privacy. He said, “There is no such thing as absolute privacy in America. There is no place in America outside of judicial reach.” He cited this as upholding some sort of bargain, but it sounds scary to me. He said that even meetings with religious clergy and therapists are no longer private. Is nothing sacrosanct at all anymore?
