France opened fire first in Libya. Canada will send jets. The U.S. is preparing missile strikes.

Qaddafi isn’t the only one sweating. There are ripple effects from this sort of thing. Syria’s Bashar al-Assad and Iran’s Ayatollah Khamenei are, too. Count on it. After the U.S. pulled the trigger in Iraq, Libya gave up its WMD program and Assad bugged out of Lebanon.
