Are Gender-Inclusive Policies Intentionally Creating Opportunities for Predators?

Back in 2019, an episode of “Family Guy” joked about the way our culture has been conditioned to “tolerate” anything transgender-identifying people do. In the episode, the character Quagmire’s father has transitioned and is looking at explicit images on his phone at a bar. When the bartender tells him, “Excuse me, ma’am, no porn at the bar,” he dismisses the rule, saying, “Oh, it’s okay, I’m transgender.” The bartender quickly backtracks, apologizing, “Oh, I — I had no idea. Do whatever you want all the time.”

The exchange humorously exposes the absurdity of the woke double standard that demands special treatment for the LGBT community — especially the T. But the truth is that as funny as the scene was, it reflects a scary reality that wokeness is endangering women and young girls.

In an alarming incident out of Arlington, Va., a registered sex offender was given access to girls’ locker rooms at a public swimming facility shared with the local high school and was allowed to watch young girls undress for months.

“Registered sex offender Richard K. Cox was arrested in December 2024 after several people reported a naked man watching women in the changing room of the Arlington Aquatic Center, which shares facilities with Washington Liberty-High School in Arlington, Virginia,” reports The Daily Caller. “The man claimed to be transgender and had been allowed in the locker room for months despite complaints dating back to September of 2024.”

This debacle raises serious questions about who is truly being protected in these so-called “inclusive” environments. To make matters worse, despite this incident, transgender advocates continue to push for the district to uphold its policy allowing men who identify as transgender to use women’s restrooms and locker rooms.

Do we really want to live in a society that prioritizes the feelings of a predator over the safety of children? And can you believe that concerns that parents voiced at a recent school board meeting have been met with hostility as transgender advocates attempt to frame legitimate fears as bigotry?

One person even had the audacity to argue that since the pool is open to the public, anyone should be allowed to use whichever locker room they choose, insisting that changing the policy wouldn’t prevent sex offenders from targeting young girls.

“Sadly, sexual predators exist and it will probably happen again. There is not many things we can do to stop it.” The current policies that are pitched as “inclusive” in reality create loopholes that predators can — and do — exploit.

Transgender advocates know this but simply don’t care. Even Superintendent Francisco Durán doubled down on these dangerous policies, insisting that school facilities must be “safe and welcoming spaces for all,” with particular emphasis on the LGBTQ+ community — while completely ignoring the safety and dignity of young girls forced to share private spaces with biological men.

Transgender advocates are deliberately weaponizing emotionally charged accusations of bigotry to silence opposition and shield policies that put women and girls at risk. By framing any criticism as hateful, they create a climate where valid concerns are dismissed and common-sense protections are abandoned. This isn’t just ideological blindness — it’s calculated. It’s deliberate.

They know that by shutting down debate with cries of “transphobia,” they can push through policies that grant predators easy access to women’s spaces. Instead of addressing the glaring dangers, they exploit guilt and fear to force compliance, leaving the most vulnerable to suffer the consequences.
