Various signs in the final weeks of the campaign point to bad news for Kamala, hence her media blitz and complete abandonment of the "joy" and "vibes" campaign she ran in the early weeks of being the presumptive nominee.
From the start, her campaign has had a rocky relationship with the truth. But now, with the political winds shifting in Trump’s favor, they’ve fully embraced dishonesty, discarding any pretense of caring about the facts.
For example, on Friday, the Harris-Walz campaign's X account claimed that Trump abruptly cut an interview short and implied that the reason was that Trump was too exhausted to continue it.

This came nearly a week after the White House released Kamala's medical records and called on Trump to do the same. Ever since, Kamala has been pushing the narrative that Trump isn't healthy enough, physically or mentally, to be president.
In the above video, Trump was doing an interview with Dan Bongino, and he promptly called out the Harris-Walz campaign for lying about what the video showed.
"BULLS**T," Bongino wrote on X. "He stayed LONGER than planned and signed a baseball and other items for charitable hurricane relief for another 10 minutes afterwards." Bongino added some choice expletives to emphasize his point.
Kamala nevertheless doubled down on this narrative, insisting that Trump has been canceling interviews because of exhaustion.

"I've been hearing reports that his team at least is saying he's suffering from exhaustion, and that's apparently the excuse for why he's not doing interviews," she claimed. "And, of course, he's not doing the CNN town hall. He refuses to do another debate. And, you know, look, being president of the United States is probably one of the hardest jobs in the world, and so we really do need to ask if he's exhausted being on the campaign trail. Is he fit to do the job? And I think that's a question that is an open-ended question that he needs to answer."

That's rich, isn't it? According to Kamala, Trump is refusing to do interviews because he's exhausted. This comes on the heels of her campaign implying that Trump was lost and out of it during his town hall event in Pennsylvania, which was halted due to two medical emergencies.
If Kamala really wants to link interviews with exhaustion, she has some explaining to do.

The above graph came via the Wall Street Journal. Even if you align the nomination dates, it's not even a contest.

Claims that Trump’s campaign is “keeping him hidden away” are simply unfounded. When it comes to media appearances, Trump is significantly outshining Kamala Harris. With only 18 days left in this election, the Harris/Walz campaign is getting increasingly desperate and gambling that they can outright lie their way to victory.
And it's going to get worse.
