Will the Precedent Set by Democrats Be the Biden Crime Family’s Downfall?

The left has been scared of Donald Trump since the moment he first descended the escalator at Trump Tower to announce he was running for president. They’ve thrown everything they can at him in an attempt to thwart his presidential bid, undermine his presidency, and keep him from returning to the White House.

And trust me, they’re even more scared of him returning to the White House than they were of him in 2016. Why? Well, Trump has alluded to the fact that, upon returning to the White House, he’ll treat them the way he’s been treated. But this is what Democrats do. They care only about their power and refuse to let laws, rules, or traditions get in the way.

When Democrats were in the minority in the Senate under George W. Bush, they abused the filibuster to block judicial nominees and went on to nuke the filibuster years later when Barack Obama occupied the White House and Republicans used the filibuster just as they had. Unwilling to get a taste of their own medicine, they nuked the filibuster.

Similarly, Democrats established a new precedent in 2021 when they stripped Rep. Marjorie Taylor Greene (R-Ga.) and Rep. Paul Gosar (R-Ariz.) of their committee assignments over absurd pretenses. Like with the judicial filibuster, they were warned about the precedent they were setting but didn’t care. When Republicans regained control of the House, Reps. Adam Schiff (D-Calif.), Eric Swalwell (D-Calif.), and Ilhan Omar (D-Minn.) learned the hard way that what goes around comes around.

Democrats set the precedent, and Republicans played by their rules. And Trump called them out for what they’ve done on Saturday night, when he spoke with supporters at an event sponsored by the New York Young Republican Club at Cipriani's flagship location on Wall Street, during which he cautioned Joe Biden about the potential repercussions of indicting a former commander-in-chief if he returns to the White House.

“He’s opened up a Pandora’s box that will never let our country be the same. I can only say to Joe: Be very careful what you wish for, but you have done is a terrible thing,” Trump told attendees. “I am being indicted for you. These are not indictments in the traditional sense. These are Biden indictments against their political opponent."

Trump has previously promised that upon returning to the White House he will appoint a "real special prosecutor" to investigate the Biden crime family. It most certainly will be necessary. This past week, Hunter Biden was indicted on nine new federal charges. Will he be convicted and serve time? I wouldn’t bet on it yet, but things are looking better now than ever. Still, Hunter Biden may end up being the fall guy for an operation that was bigger than just him. Obviously, Joe Biden was selling influence and Hunter Biden was his salesman, but Joe Biden’s brother was also involved and other family members profited from foreign money that was laundered through a series of Biden family shell companies.

This kind of corruption should not be tolerated, and it would be great to see the Biden family held accountable because it would send a message to others in government that no one is safe. It would be ironic to see that the Democrats' partisan weaponization of the Justice Department was the spark that caused the downfall of the Biden crime family.
