NO SURPRISE IN BURNING TESLAS: Rod Martin lays it out in simple, straightforward language:

“By some counts, Elon [Musk’s DOGE] has already uncovered more than $115 billion in federal waste, fraud, and ghost programs. He says he believes he’ll root out over $1 Trillion, possibly as much as $2 Trillion. That’s out of a $7 Trillion federal budget, and more than enough to eliminate the $1.8 Trillion federal deficit and begin paying down the national debt.

“One might think that Democrats would applaud that: Biden, Obama, and Clinton all called for similar measures. But there’s a reason they never acted on those proposals. Cutting what any objective person would consider waste and fraud is an existential threat to a party whose power depends on permanent bloat, off-books slush funds, and unaccountable bureaucracies.”

Last week was Sunshine Week, according to the professional mainstream media journalism outfits. One would think, as I pointed out in a PJMedia column, that DOGE providing more transparency far faster than ever before seen in the nation’s capital would spark cries of “Hallelujah!!”

If the end justifies the means, then burning down Teslas, shooting up Tesla dealerships and all but threatening to kill Musk if given the opportunity is justified if it protects the gravy train.

FOLLOW THE MONEY: Is This the Real Reason the Left Is Freaking Out About the Department of Education?

The NEA sent $420,000 to Sixteen Thirty Fund, between 2019 and 2021, for example. Sixteen Thirty Fund, one of the nonprofits established by the for-profit company Arabella Advisors, helped fund other activist groups that staffed and advised the Biden administration.

It also funded the Center for American Progress, which fed more than 60 leaders and staff into the Biden administration, and the Human Rights Campaign, which demanded the administration implement a laundry list of LGBTQ+ priorities. (By my count, the Biden administration implemented 75% of HRC’s demands.)

The American Federation of Teachers gave $840,000 to Sixteen Thirty Fund from 2020 to 2023, $75,000 to the Center for American Progress in 2019 and $100,000 to Center for American Progress Action in 2023, among others.

It’s grift, all the way down.

PUBLIUS:

Imagine for a second that an organization existed that carefully and deliberately planned and executed the firebombing and destruction of a certain brand of automobiles and its dealerships, and the support infrastructure for that brand, with the purpose of such attacks being to extort others into silence and submission.

Back in the day we would have considered that a criminal conspiracy (in all likelihood under RICO laws), and we would have arrested and prosecuted the leaders of that rogue, terrorist organization.

Guess what? You don’t have to imagine. That organization exists today and it’s called the “Democrat Party.”

Have you heard about the so-called Argentinian economic miracle? I have news: there is no miracle. This is a lie.

I am the chairman of President Milei’s council of advisors, and I want you to know that there is no miracle here at all.

You read that correctly. No miracle whatsoever.

What you are witnessing is the most impressive turnaround in the country’s history.

We slashed wasteful spending that once enriched the few at the expense of the many.

We brought down inflation—a tax that disproportionately burdens the poor. As a result, we lowered poverty rates by more than 11% and lifted millions out of poverty

We eliminated the thousands of pickets that made travel across the country a nightmare. Imagine the relief of breathing in fresh air after years of suffocating congestion.

Welfare programs? The left’s favorite: they mostly served politicians. They even stole food from the poor. Yes. They stole food from the poor.

Now, welfare flows directly to those who need it most.

At the core of our strategy, we eradicated the source of the macroeconomic instability that had plagued our nation for so long: we eliminated the fiscal deficit. We now run a fiscal surplus, which has dramatically reduced our country risk—from the 3000s to the 700s.

A miracle, some say? How dare they!

This is not a miracle. This is hard work. This is putting the country first, not politicians.

Why is the opposition protesting so fervently? Not because they care for the people or the nation, but because they fear the truth—that they have been the problem all along. Their time is over.

Again, this is not a miracle.

This is hard work. This is having a vision, formulating a plan, and executing it without fear. This is having the guts to do what is right. This is president

NEW CIVILITY WATCH: Pam Bondi Warns Jasmine Crockett to ‘Tread Carefully’ After Threat to ‘Take Down’ Elon, Crockett Responds.

Crockett swiftly ran to MSNBC’s Alex Witt to “set the record straight,” dismissing Bondi’s threat with a defense suggesting she wasn’t being literal when she told rabid followers to take down Musk. It was the Tesla stock she was referencing.

“I wasn’t calling for violence,” she said. “It’s ridiculous that I even have to say something like that. But because they are trying to twist our words, one of the things that I told people to do is make sure you are adhering to the laws in your area.”

In her usual dismissive attitude, Crockett reiterated her explanation for the “slow people listening,” which was a reference to Bondi but likely more appropriate to anyone watching MSNBC.

“I just want to say that I have never promoted violence whatsoever,” she claimed without evidence.

Her track record, however, betrays the slow congresswoman, as Crockett has repeatedly made incendiary remarks that could be construed as a call to violence against Trump administration officials.
