China's Tech Push: "We're Ready For A Fight"

Manufacturing has been at the heart of China’s economic juggernaut for the past 20 years. But the country is entering a new phase and government regulations are providing incentives for manufacturing companies to move from southern China to inland locales where the land and labor is less expensive. Not wanting to be the “world’s sweatshop for junk any more,” the country is looking to become a high tech powerhouse and is readying for an international battle.
