“Joe Foss was a true American hero,” notes Col. Allen West in a recent video for PJM’s Next Generation TV. “However, very few know of his service to this nation. Aside from being a brigadier general, World War II flying ace, and Medal of Honor recipient, Foss was a governor, congressman, and football commissioner. Col. Allen B. West reminds viewers about the the enduring vision and legacy of Foss, and more.”
