Yes, If It's Effective. Next Question?

Back in 2008, in a column for the Journolist-tained Politico, Reason magazine's Michael Moynihan noted that the left had transformed themselves into “a virtual Bletchley Park of racial cryptographers teasing out the sinister motives and subtexts of McCain’s campaign advertising.”

And they're off and running once again this year. The Christian Science Monitor asks in a headline, "Is a pro-Romney ad racist? Five questions to ask yourself."

No need for five questions; the answer to the CSM is simple: we'll know if it's an effective ad by the number of self-described liberals who declare it to be racist.

Update: "Easy, just compare it to Obama’s campaign HQ. Oh. Wait."
