On Monday’s “MSNBC News Live,” journalist Andrea Mitchell and Washington Post editorial writer Jonathan Capehart discussed whether Americans are not “sophisticated” enough to understand the attempted satire in the cartoon featured on the cover of the current New Yorker magazine.
