More healthcare workers are losing their jobs over endorsement of assassinating Donald Trump (which is not constitutionally protected speech) following the shooting at the White House Correspondents' Dinner Saturday. It's all part of a continuum of leftists putting their professional integrity in question by the insanity of their political views.
We are in a tremendously dangerous situation in our country now, where a significant portion of the medical profession is not only completely beholden to pharmaceutical companies, regardless of the drugs’ safety, and also heavily dependent on government payouts (e.g., insurance or grants), but is also run by people who, in some cases, appear to want others to die because of their political beliefs. That’s why they should lose their jobs—not because I disagree with them, but because their job is to save lives, yet they seem willing to end lives based on party affiliation. The really alarming question is: how many of these individuals are there in the medical profession who support violence against Trump, but haven’t said so online? And would they take out their aggressions on Trump supporters? Don’t forget how many doctors, nurses, and therapists are willing to perform irreversible procedures on children in service of what they see as transgender ideology.
I'm going to highlight just three examples of healthcare professionals who were disappointed at Trump's survival. Below is one:

Aspirus Health subsequently released a statement affirming it is dedicated to "safe, respectful and compassionate care" and since Kellar had violated the company's "shared values," he was no longer an Aspirus employee, reflecting a "commitment to our culture" and "meeting the expectations our patients and communities have of us".
The second example is of a woman who is not caring for patients, but nevertheless worked for UnitedHealthcare:

UHC subsequently stated, "Violence is never acceptable and any comments that suggest otherwise are in no way consistent with our mission and values." The company fired the loony lefty.
Finally, Pillar Patient Advocates stated that it was investigating community health educator Jessia Kaado for expressing "disappointment" that Trump survived the assassination attempt at the dinner.
This is not exactly a new phenomenon. Medical professionals have not only been fantasizing about harm coming to Trump for years, but the assassination of Charlie Kirk elicited an explosion of enthusiasm from leftists, including many healthcare workers. For instance, New Jersey surgeon Dr. Matthew Jung lost his job after he "cheered" for Kirk's murder while at work. School nurse Kelly Keegan opined that Charlie's wife and children were "better off without him," and then received a pay raise. UVA Health nurse Mykaela Grevious said "Nazi" Kirk's death made the world "a safe place." It's the same pattern of bloodthirsty insanity. Some of these leftists post vile TikToks, and some of them take guns and actually try to shoot people. Either way, I wouldn't feel any confidence if I were their patient and they knew what my political beliefs are.
Part of this is the wokification of medical schools and healthcare degree programs. For instance, last year, a Drexel University medical college training module urged students and doctors to “explain how structural, cultural, and individual racism have shaped our common history and have led to vast societal disparities in education, policing, wealth and healthcare.” In 2023, Harvard Medical School integrated "climate change" propaganda into its curriculum. Students at such medical schools are learning to prioritize "social justice" and woke activism over objectively excellent medical care. And that's terrifying.
