A new report states that more civilians, including children, were killed in one Sudanese city than in the entire war in Gaza. But don’t expect to hear about that from any mainstream media source or prominent politician. The only deaths about which gullible Westerners care are those of genocidal terrorists in Gaza.
It is truly mind blowing how incredibly effective the Islamic propaganda campaign around Gaza has been, influencing millions of people on the political left and the political right in Western nations. Countless people who have never heard of or ignore the genocides in Sudan, Nigeria, DRC, China, or Syria scream in horror every time an inflated death count is issued by Hamas. And victims of Islamic terrorism are overlooked. Their deaths don’t fit the narrative.
In El Fasher, Sudan, up to 150,000 residents have quite literally vanished from the city since Islamic Rapid Support Forces (RSF) took over. The BBC reported last month:
Fighters laugh as they ride on the back of a pick-up truck, speeding past a row of nine dead bodies and driving towards the setting Sudanese sun.
"Look at all this work. Look at this genocide," one cheers.
He smiles as he turns the camera on himself and his fellow fighters, their Rapid Support Forces (RSF) badges on display: "They will all die like this."
Over 2,000 people were killed in one month. Mass executions and random shootings were the order of the day. Meanwhile, the West bewailed the Gazan jihadists repeatedly violating the ceasefire with Israel.

Even if you believe the Hamas-issued casualty numbers for Gaza, which are grossly inflated and completely unreliable, some 70,000 people died there during the latest war against Israel. This would account for about three percent of the Gazan population, if it were true. That means, as JihadWatch points out, many more civilians of El Fasher perished than the inflated death toll for Gaza. Where are the protests? The aid programs? The NGOs? The international empathy?
The media in America does sometimes take note of the violence in Sudan, but do not explain that much of the violence is fueled by Muslim Brotherhood-backed jihadists. RSF itself, per Daniel Greenfield, “is really an Arab Islamic militia known as the ‘Janjaweed’ and … it’s backed by Muslim countries.” One of the targeted civilian groups in Sudan is Christians — another reason Westerners don’t care.
Every single allegation from the jihad-funding Palestinian Authority and mass murdering Hamas is immediately trumpeted by every major news outlet. Politicians and celebrities alike hurry to condemn Israel without being in the least interested about what actually happened. Hordes of protesters, both paid and unpaid, rush out onto campus lawns and city streets to wave the Palestinian flag and scream their hatred of Israel in particular and Jews in general.
But their hypocrisy is profoundly revealed not only in the fact that they completely ignore the many Israeli towns and civilians bombarded and destroyed by Hamas and other terrorist groups, but in their silence on genocides occurring in multiple other Asian and African nations. If Westerners cannot blame Jews for conflict and murder, they simply do not care.
