Gov. Cuomo: If I Tell You What's In My Bill It Won't Pass -- So I'm Not Gonna Tell You What's In It!

I’m not sure whether “wow” or “LOL” is the more appropriate response to this, from New York Gov. Andrew Cuomo.

In this afternoon’s press conference, Gov. Andrew Cuomo was asked when we could expect to see any of his campaign finance reforms put into bill language — an echo of a frequent question asked at Cuomo press conferences, whether the issue is a minimum wage boost or his women’s equality agenda.

“Normally when we release bill language before an agreement, it means the probability of that bill passing is very, very low,” said Cuomo.
