Today I caught up with Louisiana Gov. Bobby Jindal in West Des Moines, IA. The governor, who has just begun his second term in Baton Rouge, is in Iowa today as one of Gov. Rick Perry’s advocates. Jindal notes that while the United States under President Obama has lost millions of jobs, Texas under Rick Perry continues to buck the trend and add jobs.
Gov. Jindal endorsed Gov. Perry’s presidential run back in September 2011, a sign of the close relationship that the two governors and the two states share.
