When PJM learned last week that certain web sites were being blocked at the US Department of the Interior, we asked Baron Bodissey to take an up-close and personal look at what was going on. What he found does not increase trust in the transparency of big government. “A third source said this: Ordinarily I would put this in the internet rumor file. But as chance would have it, I do know some people who work at the Department of Interior.
