Top Biden Regime Groomer Lobbied to Lower Age Limits on Child Genital Mutilation

Richard “Rachel” Levine, the trans “admiral” extraordinaire, has once more reared his ghastly head in the service of promoting child transgenderism, per emails released as part of a federal lawsuit.

His title is “Department of Health and Human Services assistant secretary” yet he demonstrates, once again, that transing the children is job #1.

Officials in Joe Biden’s administration pushed to remove age limits from transgender surgeries, according to reports.

Staff for Admiral Rachel Levine, the assistant secretary for health and a transgender woman, urged a medical organisation to abandon recommended age limits – and apparently succeeded.

Officials feared that a minimum age could fuel political opposition to teenage transgender surgeries, The New York Times reports. The topic is hugely controversial because it involves adolescents making irreversible changes to their bodies.

Critics said it showed that the World Professional Association for Transgender Health (WPATH) was making decisions based on political, rather than medical, considerations.

WPATH — which, by the way, no one elected to write policy — writes the rules for child transgenderism not just in the United States but exerts its influence worldwide.

The World Professional Association for Transgender Health Inc. (WPATH) is an international, inter-disciplinary non-profit organization devoted to promoting evidence-based care, education, research, advocacy, public policy and respect in transgender health.

Originally named the Harry Benjamin International Gender Dysphoria Association (HBIGDA) -- after Harry S. Benjamin, M.D. (1885-1986) a pioneer researcher of gender dysphoria -- WPATH brings together professionals from a cross-section of fields such as medicine, psychology, social work, anthropology and others to produce a journal on transgender issues, provide web-based resources for understanding and convene conferences and communication boards exploring gender identity.

Its edicts reverberate across the entire Western world.

Continuing via The Telegraph:

The organisation claims to have advised governments around the world on transgender healthcare, and its guidelines have influenced NHS treatments…

Its draft guidelines, released in 2021, recommended lowering the age minimums to 14 for hormonal treatments, 15 for mastectomies, 16 for breast augmentation or facial surgeries, and 17 for genital surgeries or hysterectomies.

Admiral Richard, in the emails, expressed “concerns” about restricting the genital mutilation of “transgender” children.

Emails from an unnamed member of WPATH, filed as part of a federal lawsuit, show that Sarah Boateng – then Adml Levine’s chief of staff – raised concerns about the impact on trans surgeries.

“She is confident, based on the rhetoric she is hearing in DC, and from what we have already seen, that these specific listings of ages, under 18, will result in devastating legislation for trans care,” the individual said. “She wonders if the specific ages can be taken out.”

Another email said Adml Levine “was very concerned that having ages (mainly for surgery) will affect access to care for trans youth and maybe adults, too.”

The groomers lay the indignation on strong whenever they are called “groomers” — but what other label would apply to a government employee tasked with promoting human health whose top priority is making sure doctors have unfettered scalpel access to children who have been convinced they are “transgender”?
