Pay and pay and pay at the pump:

Reducing sulfur in gasoline and tightening emissions standards on cars beginning in 2017, as the Obama administration is proposing, would come with costs as well as rewards. The cost at the pump for cleaner air across the country could be less than a penny or as high as 9 cents a gallon, depending on who is providing the estimate.

An oil industry study says the proposed rule being unveiled Friday by the administration could increase gasoline prices by 6 cents to 9 cents a gallon.

The EPA says it won’t effect gas prices by even a whole penny, to which I say HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA and then gaze longingly at the painkillers and sleeping pills.

The other side of the story is, this would have been a much big deal under Reagan, when gas was so cheap. Adding 9 cents a gallon would have increased the price of gas by over 10%! But when Obama does it, it’s no big deal because 9 cents on top of four bucks is hardly nothin’.

Also, the chocolate ration has been increased to 20 grams and we’ve always been at war with Eastasia.

The true value of a media that is nearly 100% controlled by liberals and/or partisan Democrats is shown in the dramatic increase in the cost of energy since O'Bozo took office.

Under Bush, oil prices skyrocketed as the U.S. prepared to invade Iraq, the U.S. and EU economies heated up, construction and development exploded around the world, and world supplies dwindled -- and the media was apoplectic with "blood for oil" and Halliburton nonsense. O'Bozo furtively assures his multi-millionaire puppeteers that the cost of energy will necessarily skyrocket under his kook-enviroplans, and 4 years later $4 a gallon gas is The New Normal. Admit it -- when gas went down to $3.50 you told yourself it was Better, didn't you?

And not a peep from the Propaganda Machine...not a word. And here's the real truth -- while Bush scrambled to control the price of oil and failed, economists reminded The Ignorant Masses and Bill O'Reilly that the President of the U.S. doesn't control the oil market. The Propaganda Machine had its Talking Point! O'Bozo tells OPEC not to worry...we have no control over this, right? And despite U.S. and EU recession and lower global consumption...somehow $100 oil is The New Normal.

Funny how that happened and somehow the media remains mute.

Hey, wait a minute--isn't 2017 the year *after* the next presidential election? Do you think they *know* the new regs will cause problems?

Funny when the price gasoline goes up so does the price of diesel fuel for some strange mysterious reason. When the price of diesel fuel goes up the price of goods in stores goes up for some mysterious reason. Looks like the EPA is part of some mystery cult. snarc/off
