   Thank you, Stephen. It does my heart good to watch the principles of the free market defended with such force – and it’s been a long time since I’ve seen a performance like it, at least from an American politician.

   I’m tempted to wonder if we can get Hannan and Farage to give our guys lessons, but without their depths of knowledge and conviction, it never does come off as genuine. Which reminds me of why Reagan was as good as he was (mind, far from perfect, but he was damned good).

   He starts to say here that greed is the natural state of mankind. He does not follow through adequately, IMHO. He should have said something to the effect that every business deal in history has been motivated by the greed of all participants. This goes back to the cavemen Gak and Oog who exchanged pebble tools for a piece of bison kill. We are all better off for it.
