Well, when the old white guy in question happens to be Jim Moran, it’s hard to argue with him.
Which is why we should oppose Chuck Hagel for Defense.
I thought in Colorado the Pot called the Kettle Bud. What’s this “white priviledge” stuff? I think I’m ready for that. They owe us.
Does anyone else get the feeling that this kind of remark is the opening salvo in trying to rein in Social Security payments to the boomer generation, by making the boomers politically toxic? Guys like Moran don’t have to worry, they’ve been purchased by LobbyLand and are taken care of. But just think how much money can be saved if the administration and it’s allies can make the case that the boomer generation is no longer deserving of their entitlements.
That view and the expression of that view is about as new as tits.
