   He’s right.

   What we have is a governmental graft and corruption problem. Spending is just a symptom of the disease, its not the disease itself. We used to pay bribes to our leaders to get favors, nowadays public spending is just the way we bribe ourselves.

   Think about it. We hire these people to steal our money from us.
