Motorola is divesting itself of… Motorola. Well, not quite — but the company is splitting itself in two.
Don’t get too worried; think of how well that same fix worked out for Palm.
Motorola already divested itself of Motorola when it spun off it’s semiconductor division and formed Freescale.
