Prosecutor Patrick Fitzgerald has informed Karl Rove that Rove will not face indictment in the CIA leak investigation, National Review Online has learned. Rove’s lawyer, Robert Luskin, released the following statement moments ago:
On June 12, 2006, Special Counsel Patrick Fitzgerald formally advised us that he does not anticipate seeking charges against Karl Rove.
In deference to the pending case, we will not make any further public statements about the subject matter of the investigation. We believe that the Special Counsel’s decision should put an end to the baseless speculation about Mr. Rove
Just this morning I was laughing at a Kevin Drum post that got all hot and bothered hoping that a Rove indictiment may yet come. Now I feel kind of guilty.
The deal is Alan Foley(not laurence) gets to run the CIA analysts going oever to NSA(DIA). Plame’s old boss.

Karl Rove is the OJ Simpson of the White House. Psychopaths typically exhibit a “lack of remorse or guilt” in the face of wrongdoing. This is part of their deficient moral reasoning.
It wouldn’t be fascism if there weren’t people who thought liberals were mourning Zarqawi and were simply full of hatred. I’d like to know what exactly is so different mentality about who see liberals that way from nazi symapthizers towards Jews in old Germany.
