   ….look to me to be akin to those of the radical Islamheir focist clerics.

   He, as they, go about saying the most outrageous things they can in an effort to whip the ‘faithful’ into a frenzy in which they to will lash out at any and all who disagree with them.

   It’s a commonly used technique. Hitler used it with great success in 1930s Germany.
