As for Kerry’s concession, I agree–when he makes it in public, it’s real. Until then, it’s as real as anything else that’s come out of his mouth in the last several decades.

For the record, Ken Blackwell (Sec. of State) is going ahead with the provisional ballot count, to make it “official”. And there are still the issues with what to due with the discarded ballots in Hamilton county…
I predict that by the time the dust settles in Ohio, Bush will have a 140-150K margin…
